The Brookland Foundation HIV/AIDS Program empowers healthcare providers, case managers, counselors, and people with lived experience to engage with people living with HIV. By facilitating support group sessions, the program helps participants develop strategies that effectively address the social, emotional, and economic impact of living with HIV.

CARES also works to ensure that people living with HIV and their caregivers have access to care, educational and economic opportunities, affordable housing and food, and community and social support.

Program Goals:
-
Prevent new HIV infections
-
Improve HIV-related health outcomes
-
Reduce HIV-related disparities and inequities
