Housing stability is a critical issue for families who experience financial hardship. Without a stable home, families struggle to meet basic needs and maintain their overall health and well-being. The Brookland Foundation’s Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Program works with Midlands families by providing emergency financial relief.

The program provides financial assistance for rent, utilities, and other basic needs and assists families recently evicted. Eligible program participants can apply for funds to cover past-due rent, utility bills, rental deposits, and other services that help families stay home and avoid homelessness. Program guidelines apply. Contact us to learn more about our financial assistance application process and program guidelines.
