1st Annual Pastors’ Administrative Professionals
Conference

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ:
Please afford me this opportunity to invite you and your pastor
to the inaugural Annual Pastors’ Administrative Professionals
Conference! God’s kingdom requires and richly deserves our best
efforts and each of you plays a pivotal role in this unique
aspect of Christian administration.
The conference will be held April 19, 2010 at the Brookland
Banquet and Conference Center located at 1066 Sunset Boulevard,
West Columbia, South Carolina.
It is our vision that you will be provided the chance to
professionally network and to receive and share pertinent
information that will be of benefit to you in your respective
places of employment and ministry. We are more than confident
that each of you, through your various experiences will
individually and collectively add to the success of this
session of empowerment and learning.
I’m sure that I speak on behalf of the Pastors that you
represent when I say that we appreciate your hard work and
dedication to the various tasks to which you have been
assigned. Moreover, we recognize the need for you to
collaborate with others in your area of ken in order to continue
a level of excellence in church administration.
It is our desire that you will be re-energized, re-committed and
re-dedicated though the dynamic keynote address and the
resourceful information provided through this conference. If at
the conclusion, you have been motivated to strive for a greater
sense of consciousness in your efforts of providing for God’s
people and a greater sense of personal self-gratification, our
purpose would have been amply fulfilled!
